I was looking and needing desperately a plug adapter and a reliable that would have the exact power outputs-no more ! - i.e. 5v=10w no more. This was perfect. Fast delivery, prompt service, perhaps could have done with a dispatch email confirmation and tracking number details. Works perfectly for my Kobo and Amazon E readers that have no plugs, just cables, this is brilliant, overall very pleased. Got 2
Luckily stumbled across Ozzie brand electronics on the internet whilst looking for an adapter for a 14 volt 22 inch Samsung TV to work in our camper van off the leisure batteries,this adapter enables the 12 volt DC connector which is 5.5 mm to fit the 14volt 6.5 mm socket in the TV.I phoned up to confirm the part would fit he was very patient I had to go and measure again with some digital calipers,phoned them back again he confirmed that should be okay and he would look out for the order and get it sent out as soon as it was placed which he did it arrived promptly and has cured problem, I am very grateful to him would highly recommend using this firm to anyone

I ordered a USB cable. There was a postal delay and before I even noticed, these guys were on the case, apologised profusely (even though it wasn’t their fault) and sent out another cable right away.
