At Ozzie Brand Electronics, we want to get your tech to you as quickly and safely as possible. Every item we sell is fully tested and securely packaged with protective materials so it arrives in perfect condition.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday through Friday) are dispatched on the same day.

Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 3:00 PM or over the weekend will be shipped the next working day.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

We offer two reliable shipping methods through Royal Mail:

Royal Mail Tracked 48® (Standard) 2 to 3 business days (Free Service)

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® (Express) 1 to 2 business days (Cost calculated at checkout)

Important Notice Regarding Delays

While we do everything we can to dispatch your order on time, we do not have direct control over courier operations.

Occasional delays can happen within the Royal Mail network due to weather, peak seasons, or unexpected disruptions. We kindly ask that you wait 3 business days past your expected delivery date before contacting us to report a missing item.
